Our Story

Ben Dunham, Founder and Owner of Capstone Landscape Services, LLC

Capstone Landscape Services, LLC, was founded in March 2024 by Ben Dunham, driven by a lifelong passion for the green industry. What began as helping neighbors with small outdoor projects grew into a clear career path as Ben discovered a deep appreciation for landscape craftsmanship and outdoor spaces.

After gaining hands-on experience working in the field for a respected landscape firm, Ben pursued formal education and graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Horticultural Business. He then went on to work with two established landscape companies, specializing in commercial properties and high-end residential landscapes—further refining his skills in landscape maintenance, construction, and operations.

With the goal of building something he could truly stand behind, Ben partnered with two highly experienced colleagues to create Capstone Landscape Services with a clear set of values:
